For any product purchased from RomeTechBatteries.com and deemed to be defective, it must be returned back to RomeTechBatteries.com or within the specified warranty period and terms and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Product warranty begins on the date of purchase. RomeTechBatteries.com is not responsible for return shipping charges past the first 60 days, but we will offer our customers the option to benefit from our commercial plus/carrier negotiated shipping rates to return the order. RomeTechBatteries.com does not give advance warranties. Batteries received in a discharged state must be charged before we can properly test and evaluate. Products found to be defective from original workmanship will be replaced or credited, per customer’s choice. Products found to be non-defective will be returned at customer’s expense with a copy of the test results
Warranty coverage is not transferable (it applies to the original purchaser only), and requires a proof of purchase or original receipt.
A warranty claim may require product analysis prior to issuance of a credit or replacement, which may take up to two (2) business days to process.
